Ruling Question #3

Its been a very long while since I posted a ruling question. I hope that none of you have lost your witts. Once again, there are no real rules to this question. Try your best to answer it to the best of your ability.

I hope I made that clear, if not please feel free to question me for your enlightenment.

Usually "To" means a cost but "And" means its a part of the effect
btw if theres a cost and then a period then the effect that also means a cost like this
Discard one card.Negate The Activation of The Effect Of a Monster And Destroy it.

Well I don't think you gain something but maybe some of us don't know this things so it may help em so keep posting this stuff Wolfy and maybe I should post something like that if I'm allowed

And what Krysu said is the main reason for the ruling questions. Not everyone knows or just that fact that even those of us that know can get confused at times.
