This is just as the topic says, I will post different ruling questions from time to time so that we are always kept up-to-date with our ruling knowledge. This is not mandatory, but it would be of some great help if you did respond.
If your opponent chains "Torrential Tribute" to the summon of your "Sangan" and you chain "Call of The Haunted" targeting a "Card Trooper" in your grave, then your opponent discard "D.D. Crow" from their hand to remove "Card Trooper", what are the links in the chain and what is the end result?

well, last in chain 1st to resolv so coth is chained to tt but crow is chained to coth so coth doesent have a target... so sangan gets destroyed, card trooper gets removed ,CoTH stays on the field and you get a monster from sangan.
CL1 is TT
CL2 is CoTH
CL3 is Crow
CL4 is Sangan
CL1 is TT
CL2 is CoTH
CL3 is Crow
CL4 is Sangan

You're on the right track, but I want you to list in chain order.

CL3 and so forth...
Also, you are forgetting a few things involving monster effects.

Well, your chain order is right, but there's one thing that comes with chain and monster effects, which will be the next article posted in this section.
Chain Link 1: Torrential Tribute
Chain Link 2: Call of The Haunted
Chain Link 3: D.D. Crow
Sangan starts a separate chain and actives when the current chain is over.
