Ruling Question #4

At this point, just reading different things we post and seeing how everyone plays, your knowledge of the game should be building each and every time you duel someone. Here is a question of a bit higher magnitude:

Thunder King Rai-oh and Dandylion are face-up on your side of the field and Call of The Haunted is FD on your side on the field, with a Sangan of your own in the grave. Your opponent has Sangan, Enemy Controller, Creature Swap and Card Trooper on the field and Zaborg, The Thunder Monarch and Book of Moon in their hand.

Your opponent uses Creature Swap to target Card Trooper and Rai-oh. You allow this to happen. They then use Enemy Controller tributing Sangan and they chain Book of Moon to Enemy Controller to flip Rai-oh face-down. Sangan is tributed and they take control of your Dandylion. They tribute your Dandylion and destroys Card Trooper with Zaborg.
